Blaylocks All Task is your premium Home Improvement Company with an in-house Realtor. We provide a full range of Home Improvement and home repair services to homeowners in and around Rutherford County, TN. It is our mission to always provide excellence in everything we do.

Established in 2012, Blaylocks All Task has come a long way and we are now looking for extra hands to join us in taking our company to the next level. Blaylocks All Task is growing fast and looking to hire several experienced 'Specialty Trade Contractors' to perform specific trade activities (see trade list below) to join our team. We offer competitive pay and consistent, long-term work. Experienced and qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.

Trade Specialists We Need:

• Plumber
• Electrician
• Solar Photovoltaic Installer
• Carpenter
• House Painter and Decorator
• Mason (Brickmason, Blockmason)
• Drywall Contractor (BC-3)
• Floor Covering Contractor (BC-4)
• Waterproofing Contractor (BC-14)
• Roofing Contractor
• Landscape Contractor (BC-29)
• Fencing Contractor (BC-30)
• Irrigation Contractor (BC-33)

Key Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of trade experience required.
• All applicants must list their license number on the application.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Ability to lift 45+ lbs.
• Smoke-free during working hours.
• Maintain clear communication with manager and installation crew.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to optimize time and execute work in the assigned time frame.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Perform job responsibilities as an individual or team.
• Participate in training programs to grow and develop as a professional.
• Rate of pay based on experience.
• Must live in Rutherford County, TN or be willing to move prior to employment.
